Combination of ashwagandha and additional 5 herbs, with L-Theanine, vitamins B, D3 and magnesium.
Ingredients that contribute to:

Composition with L-Theanine, an amino acid that promotes calmness and relaxation. In addition, the formula contains ashwagandha, a medicinal herb with tonic properties and adaptogenic activity, as well as schisandra, rhodiola rosea, saffron, melissa officinalis and passiflora, herbs that help reduce stress.

Directions
1 capsule daily, preferably after the breakfast
