Complete composition with 1.5mg short action melatonin plus 1.5mg melatonin in time release pellets, enriched with herbs ideal for enhancing the effectiveness of the product.
Ingredients that contribute to:
- the reduction of time taken to fall asleep (melatonin*)
- the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag (melatonin*)
- normal functioning of the nervous system (biotin*)
- normal psychological function (biotin*)
The composition contains the amino acid L-Tryptophane, which is converted to serotonin in the brain, contributing to normal sleep. In addition, it contains passiflora, magnolia, valerian and saffron, herbs known for their calming effects.

Directions
1 capsule daily, 1 hour before bedtime
