Ingredients that contribute to:

With green lipped mussel, well known superfood for joints support, glucosamine and chondroitin, essential substances for joints health, MSM which helps reduce pain and inflammation, as well as collagen type II which helps prevent osteoarthritis. In addition, the formula is enhanced with hyaluronic acid, which is a hydrophilic polysaccharide, necessary component of connective tissues as it lubricates joints and reduces friction.

Directions
1-2 capsules daily, preferably after the meal
